Kentlands Market Square is an approximately 250,000-square-foot, Whole Foods-anchored open-air shopping center located in the Washington, D.C. suburb of Gaithersburg, Maryland. The center is a uniquely walkable shopping, dining and entertainment destination.

Kentlands is also home to Maryland’s first Cinépolis Luxury Cinema, which opened in September of 2019 and offers a one-of-a-kind theater experience with fully reclining leather seats, a full bar, chef inspired menu and in-theater waiter service for guests to order direct to their seats.

Kimco has also obtained entitlements for Phase II of the Kentlands Market Square redevelopment which includes approximately 12,000 square feet of new retail and the addition of 245 multifamily residential units.
